Our newly renovated 700+ sqft one-bedroom, two story cottage, with open beams, wide pine floors, beautiful ocean views, less than one mile from Parsons Beach. The Mousam River access is less than ¼ of a mile away. A cozy Maine living space with a private backyard and fire pit for your enjoyment. Interested in biking or walking trails? We are less than 500' to the Sea Road Preserve and Kennebunk Bridle Path that can take you to nearby Mother’s Beach or into downtown Kennebunk.

Exposed beam ceilings, a cozy getaway house with gorgeous views of the salt marsh, Parson's beach and the ocean beyond. Perfect for two, but can accommodate one more on the fold out couch. Behind the house is firepit and chairs. Enjoy the spectacular star filled sky in this Maine getaway.
So much comfort
Originally built in 1901, this brand-new renovated beach cottage includes many exclusive features. There is a large ductless mini-split for instant A/C & heat. The cottage is equipped with a new 50" flat screen Smart 4K HDTV along with the fastest Wi-Fi available (1 gig), with a large desk, for easy remote working. The living room includes a twin futon couch for watching TV and lounging with friends, plus allowing a third guest to sleep over!
Modern Kitchen
The kitchen has been remodeled with a new stove/oven and new refrigerator and includes glassware, silverware, pots and pans, etc.
Large 2nd Floor Bedroom
The bedroom looks over the protected Rachel Carson marshland with views that extend to the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized memory foam mattress bed with the soothing sounds of the ocean to help you sleep the night away.
Surrounded by Nature
Guests will have complete access to their own propane grill and backyard, where they can also enjoy the newly installed fire pit for private use which comes with immaculate views of the Milky Way on a clear night.
The Mousam River and Bridal Path are conveniently located very close to the cottage! Enjoy the beautiful Maine wilderness and river access to the ocean for water sports or striper fishing from the bridge.
You can see Parsons Beach – our favorite – from the cottage and you can drive there in 3 minutes and bike there in 6 minutes!

Make memories at this newly renovated 1,500+ sqft antique 4-bedroom, 3 story home with ever-changing ocean, river & marsh views! The Mousam River boat access is a 4 min. walk away, and stunning Parsons Beach is a 6 min. bike ride! A comfortable living space, with 2 baths, a private backyard w/ fire pit - all for your enjoyment. Interested in biking or walking trails? We are less than a 3 min. walk to the 5 mile Bridle Path that can take you down to Mother’s Beach or to Upper Village Kennebunk.
Modern Kitchen
The large kitchen has plenty of counter space, a fully-stocked breakfast station, and a breakfast nook to keep the cooks company.
Family Dining Room
The house has a large middle dining room and table for playing games and enjoying meals together.
Cozy Living Room
The house has a comfy waterfront facing living room with an L-shaped couch that can pull out for comfy seating or for extra guests, and large Smart TV.
Front Bedroom
The front facing bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed with beautiful ocean and marsh views, and large closet.
(There are three bedrooms on the second floor and a fourth loft bedroom on the third floor, accessible from the twin "bunkhouse". Each of the 3 bedrooms has a room-controlled mini-split for cooling and heat.)
Middle Bedroom
The middle room has a comfy queen bed, a desk, closet, and accesses the second floor bath, also accessible from the back twin "bunkhouse".
Back Bedroom
The bunkhouse has 4 twins beds, two are built ins. Each bed has their own reading light, USB, and power, plus a nightstand or built in storage space. From the bunkhouse there is a set of stairs leading down to the first floor dining room, and another leading up to the loft area.
The "Crow's Nest"
The loft can serve as a teen hideaway with a couch, comfy chair and Smart TV, or as a fourth bedroom. The loft couch easily converts to a twin bed (just take the bolsters off) or to a king sized bed, when you fold out the couch as two twin mattresses.
Nature All Around You
There is a large backyard for enjoying outdoor games. We are installing a large patio in Spring 2026 to enjoy outdoor summer dining. There is also a firepit in the back with Adirondack chairs.
The Mousam River and Kennebunk Bridal Path are a short walk away! So you can enjoy the beautiful Maine wilderness and river access to the ocean for water sports or striper fishing from the bridge.

We provide (2) Kennebunk Beach Passes for the Main House and (1) Beach Pass for the Cottage. Passes are required from June 15th through September 15th for Gooch's Beach, Middle Beach and Mother's Beach. Parsons Beach parking is free, but first come basis.
