Main House
Built in 1901, but updated over the years and truly "polished" in 2025 - this 3 story house is full of interesting surprises and amazing views of the Madelyn Marx Preserve, Parsons Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean!
Overview
Our Main House includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast nook for coffee overlooking the ocean! There is also a large dining room with a table big enough for group meals or game nights! Our living room has expansive views of the marsh and beach, plus a large Smart TV for family movie nights! There's a full bath on the 1st floor as well!
Upstairs, we have 2 front bedrooms with king-sized beds, plus a "bunk room" that sleeps 4 more guests! And another full bath on the 2nd floor as well!
Finally, we have the "gaming loft" on the 3rd floor with a large Smart TV, couch & bean bag chairs, plus amazing ocean views through the "Witch Window"!
