Built in 1901, but updated over the years and currently being "polished" - this 3 story house is full of interesting surprises and amazing views of the Madelyn Marx Preserve, Parsons Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean!

Our Main House includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee station, and a breakfast nook for coffee overlooking the ocean!

The kitchen includes a breakfast nook for 3-4 to enjoy coffee in the morning or snacks later on - all while overlooking the marsh across the street and the ocean beyond!

You can enjoy the large dining room with a table big enough for group meals or game nights! Our living room has expansive views of the marsh and beach, plus a large Smart TV for family movie nights!

There are so many great views from many areas of this house, but the Witch Window was voted "Coolest View in Kennebunk" by our kids!
