Our Main House includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee station, and a breakfast nook for coffee overlooking the ocean!

Our Breakfast Station includes a large toaster and an electric kettle, plus a coffee machine that can brew single cups or family-sized pots of your favorite morning beverage! Included is an assortment of coffees, teas, & sweeteners!

The kitchen includes a breakfast nook for 3-4 to enjoy coffee in the morning or snacks later on - all while overlooking the marsh across the street and the ocean beyond!

You can enjoy the large dining room with a table big enough for group meals or game nights! Our living room has expansive views of the marsh and beach, plus a large Smart TV for family movie nights!

Our living room includes a sectional couch that pulls out for additional sleeping space plus 2 comfy swivel chairs and a 55" Smart TV! During the day, enjoy views of the marsh preserve and ocean across the street!
