Low Tide - The Cottage

Originally built in 1901 as the barn, this newly renovated beach cottage includes many exclusive features.  There is a large ductless mini-split for instant A/C & heat.  The cottage is equipped with a 50" Smart 4K HDTV along with fast Wi-Fi (1 gig), with a large desk, for easy remote working.  The living room includes a fold-out couch for watching TV and lounging with friends, plus allowing a third guest to sleep over! The kitchen has been remodeled with a new stove/oven and new refrigerator and includes glassware, silverware, pots and pans, etc.  The bedroom looks over the protected Rachel Carson marshland with views that extend to the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized memory foam mattress bed with the soothing sounds of the ocean to help you sleep the night away.  The newly renovated bathroom has a brand-new stand-up shower installed. Guests will have complete access to their own propane grill and backyard, where they can also enjoy the newly installed fire pit for private use which comes with immaculate views of the Milky Way on a clear night.
